Medical Receptionist

Our medical company is looking to add a Medical Receptionist to our team! We offer Chiropractic and therapy services, Pain Management, Medical Massage, and so much more!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients
• Medical scheduling and phone etiquette
• Collect payments
• Insurance verifications
• Maintain cleanliness and professional upkeep of the office

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of experience in a medical, chiropractic, or therapy office setting is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in customer service is preferred
• Experience in medical, therapy, or chiropractic office setting is preferred
• Knowledge in health insurance and verification
• 1+ year experience in E-Clinical Works is a plus!

• Full-Time (30+ hours per week)

Salary:

• $18.00 - $25.00 / hour, based on experience

Office Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturdays 7:300 AM - 2:00 PM

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
