SalaryPOSITION: FRONT DESK MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
DESCRIPTION:
Provides a full range of administrative, clerical and office support including, but not limited to:
● Assists in phone reception for executive and administrative departments.
● Prepares and coordinate mail, faxes, and express packages.
● Provide filing assistance, makes office copies, and keeps all files up-to-date.
● Provides clerical/administrative support for office and setting up OCC Health accounts.
● Prepares and maintains telephone directory and other company information.
● Follow Docutap/Experity standard procedures for patient registration which includes:
-Collects payments and in charge of cash and credit card balancing at the end of shift.
-Scanning all payment receipts and end of night report into file on desktop and adding totals to Daily CC/Cash log on drive.
Medical Office Requirements:
● Data entry into EMR and maintain a professional appearance and professional communication with all staff and patients.
● Maintaining supplies, equipment, stocking, and sterilizing of office and instruments.
● Performing accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times.
