A fast-paced medical practice located in Frederick, MD with three (3) locations.
```Duties```
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using NextGen & Luma
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
- Collect and update patient information, including insurance details
- Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
```Skills```
- Proficient in using NextGen & Luma
- Strong office and administrative skills
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
- Ability to provide exceptional patient service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.75 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
