Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)

Busy and expanding GYN office looking for a part time individual. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service. We are currently looking to add an additional team member for our front desk. This position will be three 8 hour days. We are looking for our candidate to be reliable, a team player, a leader, and have great customer service. Medical experience required and GYN experience preferred but not required. This position does not offer Medical, Dental or Vision Insurance.

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greeting our patients
• Schedule appointments and assists with the scheduling of any additional testing directed by the physician.
• Enters patient demographics in system
• Scheduling follow up procedures
• Collects co-pays and past balances at time of check-in and enters into the batch for the day
• Perform other office duties as assigned
• No weekends, no evenings
• Salary dependent on experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
