SalaryInternal medicine office looking for a Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner or a secretary for full/part-time job. We prefer Russian-speaking employees. We have 2 locations in which we are currently looking to hire. We are a fast-growing worth over 40 patients per day.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients professionally both in person and on the phone
- Quickly answering or properly referring questions and issues
- Optimizing provider schedules and patient satisfaction with efficient scheduling
- Ensuring availability of treatment information by retrieving and updating patient records
- Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges
- Maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and expediting supply orders
- Perform day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties including but not limited to word processing, copying, filing, faxing, answering phones, and data entry
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

Tue, Thur,Fri 10-6

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
