Candidate Requirements: Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
Prior front desk experience in a medical office – preferably radiology
- Professionally greets all patients.
- Excellent phone skills, friendly, courteous and professional.
- Expert insurance verification.
- Knowledge of scheduling appointments.
- Advanced Data Systems (Medics Premier) experience is a plus!
- Full knowledge of HIPAA Rules and patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- 100 percent reliability requirement.
- Ability to work in a busy team oriented environment.
- Organized, detail oriented with an excellent memory and ability to multi-task.
- Preferred bilingual.
- Required Hours:
20 - 40 hours per week
Compensation: Starting salary of $17/hour
