Medical Receptionist

Medical Receptionist: Williamsville, NY

We have a FT to PT opening in our busy pediatric office for a Medical Receptionist. Monday-Friday with 1-2 Saturday morning shifts a month and NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS. Competitive salary and good working environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Greet patients when they enter the office

- Answer incoming phone calls

- Schedule and reschedule patient appointments

- Verify patient health insurance

- Assist providers, office manager and co-workers as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- MEDENT experience preferred

- Medical office experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
