Mon - Fri 9-5:30
Mon - Fri 9-7:30
1-2 Saturdays/month 9-4:30
We have an amazing opportunity to join our team as a Medical Office Front Desk Team Member. We are a FAST PACED, BUSY Primary Care office with multiple providers and locations. We are looking for an energetic, friendly, enthusiastic person to join our family oriented fast growing team!
Medical Office or any Front Office experience is preferred but not required.
Front Desk Duties Include but not limited to:
Greeting patients with a warm smile
Must have excellent customer service
Outstanding communication skills
Must be organized and hard working
Punctual
A Team Player
Checking insurance eligibility
Obtaining insurance pre authorization
Collecting co pays and balances
Scheduling patients and adjust patients appointments
Answering phones, faxes, scans, and routing documents
Help managing patient flow
Preferably computer savvy (Word, Excel and any EHR)
Also any additional administrative duties as needed by the
company.
Must be Flexible to travel to other AMG locations and work 1-2
Saturdays.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
