We have an opening for a Designated Manager who can answer yes to these questions. We are seeking a Designated Manager to join our independently owned and operated national agency.

Designated Manager Benefits:

Designated Manager Responsibilities:
- Accountability to franchise owner with total oversight over the business
- Maintain positive relationships with community partners, clients, families, and caregivers
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, and operational plans
- Leadership for entire office team
- Ensure positive business and financial performance
- Manage overall budget for the business
Designated Manager Requirements:
- Experience – Three years supervisory or management experience in a home care setting preferred
- Education – Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Skills – Knowledge of healthcare operations, leadership skills, budgeting and financial management, exemplary customer service skills
- Characteristics – This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and can provide outstanding leadership to the team.
