Busy prestigious Nose and Sinus practice in Boca is looking for a dynamic, energetic Registered Nurse Manager looking for a full-time Monday - Friday position in a Medical Office setting. The individual will be working with three busy ENT physician surgeons in private practice. This individual must have at least one year's operating room surgical assistance experience and administration management experience. Experience with managing AAAHC clinical requirements a plus.
DESCRIPTION:
Functions include, preparing OR for surgeries, OR schedule, assisting in surgery, maintaining supplies and surgical logs, Instruments maintenance, sterilization techniques, training of all medical staff, develop policies and procedures for continued quality care in the OR setting, assisting with pre and post-operative patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a RN, BSN, or CRNFA
ACLS/PALS Certification
E prescribe experience
Minimum one-year operating room experience
Comfortable assisting with surgical procedures. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Strong Written and verbal communication skills with a clear speaking voice. Strong people skills.
Strong organizational skills. Computer literate. MUST have EMR experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to properly and adequately use various items of office equipment as required of the position or directed by the Manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
