Baptist Medical Center is looking for an experienced Medical Office Manager II for the AgeWell Department in Jacksonville, FL! The Office Manager II position at Baptist AgeWell Neptune Beach is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
The primary responsibility of the Medical Office Manager II is to manage the day-to-day operations of the AgeWell Downtown office. The AgeWell Department services patients 65+ and is growing rapidly at Baptist Medical Center!

Medical Office Manager II, AgeWell, Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the physician's office including:
- Staffing
- Staff scheduling
- Profit/loss
- Complaint resolution
- Patient satisfaction
- Compliance with regulatory requirements
- Workflow efficiency
- Vendor relationships and marketing
