Responsibilities include checking patients in/out, collecting co-pays, scheduling, returning phone calls, verifying insurances, posting patient payments. Additional management duties will be provided to someone with management and billing experience.
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills
- Experience in a medical office
- Exceptional professionalism and customer service skills via phone with patients and insurance companies
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Billing and Coding and insurance
