We’re turning science fiction into reality. Following successful pilots in the US, we’re aiming to expand our operation nationwide and we are looking for a Customer Support Specialistto join our growing US team.
The position is full-time, and the schedule may vary.

- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Place orders for delivery sites on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Excellent customer service approach.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Documentation skills.
- Very well-organized and with high attention to details.
- Ability to Multitask.
- Familiarity with the food delivery industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with Intercom (Customer Support software) is a plus.
- Live Chat Support experience is a plus.
- Shifts are 6-11 hours. Willingness to work full-time and during weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
