Medical Office Call Center Representative

Do you like to be busy? Is customer service a strength of yours? Then Clarkston Medical Group is looking for you to join our TEAM as a Call Center Representative!! Prior Medical Office experience required!

Responsibilities:

• Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Provides assistance to patient and others contacting the office by telephone; may provide direct assistance, or take a message and/or direct calls to the appropriate party
• Complete initial registration information for new patients
• Update any changes of the patient's information in computer database and scan updated paperwork into EHR under correct tabs
• Schedule appointments, general office visits, office procedures and diagnostic testing appointments

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time and view computer screen
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Prior Medical Office experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Experience:

• Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical Office: 1 year (Required)
