- $15 to $18 per hour compensation based on experience
We are looking for a part time Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our amazing team. Experience in the health field is preferred but not required, if the candidate has all the right qualifications-computer savvy, excellent typing skills, eager to learn (all training will be provided by our dedicated staff).
Job Requirements:
- Approximately 30 hours per week
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Perform routine administrative and clerical responsibilities that enable our facility to run
smoothly
- Possess a professional and positive attitude with patients
- Answering the phone, speaking with patients to schedule appointments and verify insurance
- Scanning documents into our EMR (electronic medical records), along with other day-to-day routine tasks
Qualifications:
- Must be an enthusiastic person who is eager to learn
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Must present yourself in a professional manner
- Must be a team player
- High School Diploma or above
- Benefits will be discussed following 90 day probationary period
