Front Desk Associate

Active Bodywork is a place where we strive to bring our clients out of their pain and back to what they love to do, whether that’s being active, staying healthy, or getting back to work. We are looking for a Front Desk receptionist that have a strong focus on customer service. If this is YOU, we are ready to meet you!

Responsibilities will include:

• Being the first point-of-contact for both returning and new clients: through the phone, online, and in person.
• Providing excellent, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Supporting our massage therapists by checking out their clients and scheduling them for their next appointments through Mindbody.
• Answering any client questions and addressing concerns.

The following skills are also a plus:

• Experience with the Mindbody app
• Experience handling cash
• Social media savvy
• Initiative and critical problem solving skills
• Administrative skills: typing, computer literacy, emailing, Google, Apple and Microsoft software
• Minimum education: high school graduate/GED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
