Kendall Hand and Physical Therapy is hiring a permanent, full time for a Patient Care Coordinator position to support a privately owned, outpatient physical/occupational therapy clinic in the Kendall Area, immediately.
The schedule will be approximately between
M-TH: 10:30 -7:30 pm
F: 8:30 – 5:30
No weekend hours.
Candidate must be responsible, professional, diligent, well organized, detail oriented, work independently and exhibit excellent phone and interpersonal customer service skills. Candidate should be confident in using computers, including Windows and Office software in addition to having the ability to learn the EMR software.
Primary responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling patients, greeting, and assisting patients with administrative needs, determining and taking patient payments, understanding requirements of the EMR system while supporting the clinic manager and staff therapists.
