Medical Front Office Assistant

We are a fast paced, busy dermatology office providing services in adult and pediatric medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and Mohs micrographic surgery. Our number one priority is providing unsurpassed care to our patients.

We are seeking friendly and motivated Medical Front Office Assistants with excellent people skills and a service-oriented attitude. You must be dependable, and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. There is no experience needed; training will be provided.

Responsibilities include answering telephones, scheduling appointments, updating patients' medical records in our EMR system, verifying patients' insurance information, handling correspondence, and generally helping to keep the office work flowing.

Positions are available in our main office located in Brooksville, and at our satellite offices located in Spring Hill, Homosassa, and Beverly Hills. Occasional travel is required of all team members to all of our office locations.

Office hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday; occasional Saturdays may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
