```Duties```:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
-Collection of patient demographics and vital signs, and other body metrics, will train.
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with billing and payment processing, will train
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records systems, will train
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents, will train
- Assist with prescription processing and recurring subscriptions, will train
-Collect and process labs collections, phlebotomy, and blood and body fluid collections, will train
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
-Minor housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning exam rooms, lobby, restrooms, and other areas of clinic and patient care areas.
```Qualifications```:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in Medical Office administration is a plus
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficient in using office systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) desired, will train
- Familiarity with dental or medical practice management software (Practice Fusion, Quickbooks online) is highly desirable, will train
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is beneficial
