Office Clerk/Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Provide excellent customer support by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Serve as a personal assistant to executives as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position Preferred
• Familiarity with office procedures
• Working knowledge of office devices and processes
• Ability to take direction
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail
• High school diploma

Job Type: Full-time
