```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees
- Schedule appointments, Insurance knowledge and verification
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Transcribe documents and prepare reports as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a dental front desk receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Dental Receptionist experience is a plus
- Open Dental Software knowledge is a plus
