We are located on 6912 Fm 1488 Suite A.

Our ideal candidate would be one with excellent interpersonal skills, detailed oriented, excellent communicator, team player, self-driven, punctual and hard working.

Responsibilities

*Greeting patients, families, visitors and employees in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner *Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources *Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner at all times no exceptions *Provide a positive experience for all customers. *Collaborate with providers and other administration staff. *Helping patients to confirm their upcoming appointments

Qualifications

• High School diploma, a GED
