Front Office Coordinator- Tanasbourne Location

We are seeking a positive, experienced Front Office Coordinator to help lead our Tanasbourne team in Beaverton and partner with our other clinics with patient and clinic coordination. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain Patient Lobby
· Lock and unlock Lobby
· Keep Magazines in neat order; circulate from exam rooms
· Keep Lobby in neat order
· Answer Phones in a friendly and welcoming manner
· Turn phones over for non-business hours
· Check voicemails
· Document patient telephone encounters in ECW
· Schedule patient appointments
· Process referrals – incoming and outgoing
· Accurately enter new patient demographics and insurance information
· Scanning new patient paperwork into ECW
· Enter MIPS information in patient ECW chart
· Confirm demographic information for returning patients
· Confirm patient PCP and referring Provider at each visit
· Collect and post patient payments at time of service
· Create invoice for Stocking purchases
· Billing
· Call on co-pays / balances not collected at time of service (Biller’s list)
· Research and correct Billing inquiries from Biller
· Prepare daily deposit and scan Insurance payments
· Process refund requests as needed
· Faxing and Scanning
· Ultrasound and progress notes to PCP & referring providers
· Maintain Fax Box in ECW
· Process Medical Records requests
· Physicians to review prior to sending out
· Create flow sheets and reports as needed
· Create Provider templates in ECW
· Physician out boxes distributed daily
· Keep Physician Call Schedule up to date
· Keep Physician Office Schedule up to date
Our qualified candidate will possess the following qualifications:
· Exceptional customer skills with a positive and friendly attitude
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Reliable and self-starter work ethic
· Knowledge of patient medical insurance ( willing to train the right candidate)
· Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time
· Ability to prioritize tasks and be organized
· Prior experience with EMR systems (willing to train the right candidate)
· Proficient with computer programs such as Word, Xcel, Power Point and Visio
· Will have a minimum of one-year recent Medical, Dental, or Administrative Office experience of some kind.
This position offers competitive wages with Medical, Dental, 401k Paid Holidays and PTO plans. Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
