Dental Front Office/Treatment Coordinator

Job Duties Summary:

* Greeting and checking in patients
* Answering phones or calling to schedule appointments
* Assisting in maintaining flow across departments
* Providing excellent customer service
* Entering notes and documenting things in detail
* Working with patient insurance
* Talking about and handling patient finances

QUALIFICATIONS: To successfully perform the job responsibilities for the position of Front Office Coordinator, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be a self starter and work well with little supervision. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form. Ability to listen attentively for clarification to ensure accurate communication of information with patients and office team members. Ability to collaborate and demonstrate a teamwork approach to job responsibilities.

Preferred, but not required:

* 2+ years of Dental Front office or clinical experience
* Working knowledge of Dentrix/Open Dental

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
