Medical Front Office Assistant

We are a fast paced, busy dermatology office providing services in adult and pediatric medical and surgical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and Mohs micrographic surgery. Our number one priority is providing unsurpassed care to our patients.

We are a seeking friendly and motivated Medical Front Office Assistant with excellent people skills and a service-oriented attitude. You must be dependable, and possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. There is no experience needed; training will be provided.

Responsibilities include checking patients in and out, taking payments, scheduling appointments, updating patients' medical records in our EMR system, verifying patients' insurance information, and generally helping to keep the office running smoothly.

This position is based in our Citrus County offices located in Homosassa and Beverly Hills, FL. Office hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday. Initial training will take place at our main office in Brooksville.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
