Top rated specialty medical group in San Gabriel, has an immediate opening for an experienced Medical Front Office receptionist. Position is working all Front Office in a Dermatology Medical Group.

Summary:

Title: Medical Front Office

Pay Rate: $18-$20/hr DOE

Location: San Gabriel, CA

Facility: Dermatology

Schedule: Part Time, Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm, Friday 8:45am-1pm

Bilingual: English/Chinese is a must!

Duties:

• Answer patient questions and answering phone call with excellent customer service
• Insurance verifications and prior authorizations
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients needing office and surgical appointments
• Check patient eligibility and collect co-pays and deductibles
• Obtain prior authorizations for office visits, procedures and medication
• Enter all information into EMR system in a timely manner
