Summary:
Title: Medical Front Office
Pay Rate: $21-23/hr DOE
Location: Mission Viejo, CA
Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday Laguna Hills 8-5pm
Duties:
- Answer patient questions and answering phone call with excellent customer service
- Insurance verifications and prior authorizations
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients needing office and surgical appointments
- Check patient eligibility and collect co-pays and deductibles
- Obtain prior authorizations for office visits, procedures and medication
- Enter all information into EMR system in a timely manner
