SalaryMedical Practice- Front Office Associate
A full-time Medical Front Office Associate is needed for busy pediatric practice 8:30AM -5:00 PM Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage.
Our ideal candidate will be dependable, possess excellent communication and customer service skills with well-developed time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently. Must work well as part of a team, with the ability to thrive in an ever-changing work environment.
Responsibilities include check-in, registration, scheduling, verification of demographic information and collecting co-payments. Schedules, reschedules, and cancels appointments accommodating patient and provider needs. Assists with referrals and correspondence. Facilitates timely flow by acting as liaison between patient and practice staff to resolve delays and ensure optimal flow and exceptional service delivery.
Experience with EPIC a plus.
