THE ROLE OF A COREPOWER YOGA NEW STUDIO OPENING SALES ADVISOR
CorePower Yoga is looking for a New Studio Opening Sales Advisor to support our expanding portfolio of studios by driving Founding All Access membership enrollments. A focus on building relationships and providing an extraordinary experience for our students in partnership with local events and partnerships, this role aims for a successful studio opening. This individual will be responsible for driving sales with a motivating and enthusiastic attitude. You’ll thrive in this position with an outgoing personality, high level of organization, and the ability to establish meaningful connections.
This role will be responsible for driving enrollments in our new studio openings nationally. The New Studio Opening Sales Advisor will be responsible for hitting a Founding All Access membership goal per opening as a monitor of success. Extensive travel will be required as the position will carry focus on activating 12 weeks prior to the new studio opening over multiple states. This position is full-time and may require availability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evening and/or morning shifts and holidays.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Develop and activate outreach initiatives to create awareness around new studio openings.
- Forge new partnerships with local businesses to build community and drive new student acquisition.
- Identify prospective Company Partners using our real estate provided stack report, outreach, legitimize and activate partnership
- Prioritize daily outreach to inbound inquiries for Founding All Access Membership
- Complete outreach to support lead generation ie. Former members, non-member students
- Plan and provide engaging in-studio events to promote the new studio opening and kick-off
EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Entrepreneurial/self-starter
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer service skills required
- Confidence to meet and exceed sales targets
- Ability to forecast and track conversion
- Friendly, outgoing personality with optimistic attitude
- Experience in event planning desired
- Passion for building community & relationships; ability to create meaningful connections with a diverse group
- Technically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and goal-oriented with time management skills
- Strong cross-functional collaborator
- Flexible schedule with willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Previous sales experience, 3+ years preferred selling monthly and annual subscription products
- Represent and be an ambassador for the CorePower Yoga brand
- Must be able to work in a stationary position, move and walk around event and office spaces, and lift occasionally up to 25 lbs

- Salary: $50,000-66,560 dependent on state of residence. Applicants located in Washington will not be considered. Bonus and Commission Eligible
