Medical Device Operations Manager

Mitaka USA is seeking a Medical Device Operations member. This position is a multi-tasking team-oriented job that includes shipping, invoicing, receiving, serial-number-tracking, and management/organization of goods in our Wheat Ridge warehouse. An ideal candidate will have some basic knowledge of shipping/receiving and invoicing.

This position will primarily involve small parcel shipping of items that leave our facility every day (e.g. surgical instrumentation, sterile covers for the operating room, microscope, and video components), invoicing customers, assisting in the maintenance of a high standard of organization in our office and storage areas, and to train for and eventually serve as a backup and assistant for other operations logistics currently handled by director and manager of operations.

Qualifications:

• High level of personal organization, able and willing to follow specific perimeters regarding the packing and shipping of medical products
• Extremely detail oriented
• High computer literacy with the ability to learn new software with relative ease and proficient typing skills
• Good people skills, ability to answer the phone, and have productive discourse with office administrators regarding orders.
• Experience with small parcel shipping through carriers like FedEx and UPS
• Capable of lifting and/or moving up to 40 pounds
• Ability to reach with hands and arm, and can stand, kneel, or crouch, as needed

Candidates will be asked to take an aptitude test.

Who We Are

Mitaka USA is a national Medical Device sole-source distributorship looking to expand our administrative and shipping efforts at our office/operational facility in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Mitaka USA is made up of twelve direct employees and over 100 independent-manufacturer-representatives (IMRs) across the country. Currently, only three employees work out of our Colorado office in Wheat Ridge primarily handling operational matters.
