This Temp Office Administrator position will get you towork quickly supporting various areas of office operations. This is a greatopportunity for anyone who is dependable, hard working, and detail oriented!
Temp Office Administrator Job Duties:
- Phone call and email correspondence
- Support AP department withbudgeting, purchase orders, and supplier records
- Ordering and stocking officesupplies
- Complete and maintain reports and filesefficiently and accurately
Temp Office Administrator Requirements:
- 2+ years of office administrationexperience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills
- ERP experience preferred
Schedule: Monday– Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: $18-$22/hr.
