Area Sales Representative - Michigan
Job Description
Refine USA is looking for passionate, results-oriented, driven sale representative to join our already successful team. Responsible for establishing, promoting and maintaining a high level of customer service and support. Must have a natural selling ability, strong communication skills, motivation to build relationships and possess a willingness to learn.
Summary
As an Area Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to regularly call on new and/or existing accounts. This position serves as a Sales Representative/business consultant to medical spas, cosmetic physicians and customers new in the medical aesthetics space. The Area Sales Representative solicits, develops, maintains existing accounts, sells and closes new accounts. They will be the key contact for their accounts base.
Key Performance indicators that you will be measured on include:
Contribution on achieving financial customer targets.
Knowledge of current product line and relationship with customers.
This role is a largely client-facing role which requires you to work on both strategic long term and short term plans and projects. You will need to build strong relationships with clients on various levels as well as acquire thorough knowledge about their practice dynamics. You will need to present different procedures and device/biologic type solutions based on individual practice needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Promote and sell aesthetic devices/products to customers to achieve territory objectives and goals set by Refine USA.
-Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with key accounts within the territory.
-Work independently; demonstrate efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
-Promote effective account practice development strategies as directed.
-Introduce existing accounts to new aesthetic products and services.
-Maintain up-to-date territory customer information, document all activities and progress.
-Perform effective device/product presentations, demonstrations and technique training sessions.
-Maintain communication with Regional Sales Manager on all matters related to the territory.
-Participate in industry related trade shows, conferences and meetings when needed.
-Possess the ability to travel and work outside the parameters of 8am-5pm if required.
Qualifications
Sales Associates will be expected to have at least 3 years prior experience representing other aesthetic device and/or biologics lines in the region.
Compensation
Sales Associates will earn an annual base salary and base quota bonus compensation yearly plan. Unlimited additional bonus tiers are also earned commensurate with production.
