Project Coordinator (Medical Device)

Primary Talent Partners has an exciting 12 month contract opening for a Project Coordinator with a large Medical Device client of ours in Boulder, CO.
This role is Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 remote
Pay: $23.77 to $28.77 per hour

Top tasks in scope for this role:

• Delivery of project deliverables, on time
• Effectively facilitate labeling meetings
• Follow up with cross functions timely
• Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• Provides project support to a functional group to support the European MDR remediation initiative.
• Monitors and delivers to project timeline according to assigned deliverables.
• Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to deliver per assigned deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors Preferred. The minimum requirement is High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience required: 1 year or more
• Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office systems obtained through prior work experience or education.
• Management of Multiple Projects.
• Ability to implement business requirements and work across cross-functional teams. High-functioning organizational and communication skills.
• Effective communicator with internal contacts and contacts outside of the immediate team.
• Effective facilitator in regular core team meetings with project teams.

OFFICE SUPPORT CAREER STREAM: The majority of time is spent in the delivery, per project scope, for labeling updates to support the MDR remediation initiative.
DIFFERENTIATING FACTORS Autonomy: Established and productive individual contributor. Works to deliver on day-to-day responsibilities per project scope, communicating progress to project owner with direct impact on the achievement of results per the scope of the MDR remediation initiative.
