Company Overview: The Dechoker is an airway clearing device that can be used for choking first aid on anyone 12 months old and up, regardless of illness, disorder, or other health-related condition.
What we are looking for in you: Seeking highly-motivated individuals to join our Dechoker family. You will use your hands and hand-held tools to assemble Dechoker devices. You must have great attention to detail and possess a high quality of dexterity. The goal is to get our product out so we can save lives and eradicate choking as a leading cause of death.
Basic Qualifications:
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical condition
- High school diploma or GED
- Ablity to lift 40 lbs
- At least 18 years of age
- Good understanding of quality control principles
A day at Dechoker looks like:
- Read and comprehend instructions and follow established procedures
- Collect all materials and equipment needed to begin the build process
- Assemble the Dechoker following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Test the Dechoker following appropriate SOP’s
- Fill out all necessary paperwork for the staging and assembly process
- Check output to ensure highest quality
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts
