Medical Biller/Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller / Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Biller / Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical office. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with administrative tasks, managing patient records, and providing support to healthcare professionals. If you have a strong background in medical terminology, coding systems, and medical billing, we encourage you to apply.

Needs experience of running a practice, good with EHR systems, managing the day to day operations, leadership qualities with good communication, medication inventory along with vaccines, billing, credentialing, referrals, prior authorization, medical records, solving problems for both staffs and patients, keep facility in compliance with HIPAA, HR & payroll, account receivable, maintaining supplies, monthly reports, hiring, training, terminating, worked rheumatology or other specialties.

Skills:
- Proficiency in medical terminology and coding systems ( ICD-10)
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems and with Microsoft software like Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
