Are you an experienced OB Biller with a deep understanding of OB billing codes? Our client, an OBGYN Clinic in Harlingen, TX ,is looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process billing for obstetric services, including coding and submitting claims.
- Review and follow up on denied claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Stay current with changes in billing regulations and coding guidelines specific to obstetrics.
Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in OB billing and coding.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT codes related to obstetrics required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic medical records (EMR) such a eClinical Works.
- Certification in medical billing or coding is highly desired.
