Job Title: Medical Biller (2-3 week assignment)
Location: Addison, TX
Pay: $23.00
Schedule: Mon - Fri, Flexibility for shifts between 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch/ 30 min lunch)
Job Description:
Research & resolve claims and work on denials
Research if company was paid and if there was no payment find out why and resolve issues
Collect delinquent accounts by establishing payment arrangements with patients, monitoring payments and following up with patients when payment lapses occur
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Medical Biller or similar role (1+ year experience required)
Solid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records
Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities
