Medical Assistant/Surgical Expeditor

Seeking an experienced MA or CNA for Pre-op/Post-op/OR Bellevue Retina Surgery Center. 1+ years of experience from an ASC or PACU setting is preferred.

Job Duties:
-Assist RN with patient admission for surgeries/procedures

-Vital signs

- Operates electrocardiograph (EKG) and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests

- Performs routine laboratory tests
-Discharge after procedures
-Assist RN with patient discharge after procedures

-Provides assistance at the front desk

-Assists with inventory and orders medical supplies and materials

-Assist with Sterilization of instruments

Requirements:
-BLS certification
-1+ year experience in outpatient setting preferred
