Medical Assistant - Training Provided! Kn95 Masking Required (June 1 Start Date)

The candidate will wear a KN95 mask throughout entire shift, being able to clean and move quickly and comfortably in it.

Hours:

• Mondays to Fridays 10:00am to 6:30pm

General responsibilities include:

• Sanitizing, managing, and preparing patient rooms and medical equipment, this includes quick movement in and around small and high spaces to clean, organize, sanitize, stock, and more while wearing KN95's
• Managing the cleanliness and aesthetics of the center, ensuring it is sanitized and spotless.
• Assisting with patient care as needed, including helping patients on and off treatment tables and answering patient pages during treatment sessions
• Coordinating patient care, insurance verification, payment collection and medical record management
• Accurate scheduling of patient appointments in person, over the phone, and over email
• Other medical office assistant and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• You can easily run around, breathe, talk comfortably work wearing a KN95 mask
• Solid PC and Google Suite skills
• The ability to learn quickly is a must, especially new technology
• 2+ year experience in the hospitality or healthcare industry
• Reside within reasonable proximity to our office in Bethesda, MD
• Authorize us to perform a drug test and background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
