Material Coordinator

All candidates to be eligible for Common Access Card (CAC)

MON-THURS- 10HR Days w/ overtime when ships come in (4x10)

All federal holidays are paid.

The team provides Shop Clerks working at each of the supported maintenance shops. The Shop Clerks process the ordering and distribution of repair parts applied by the maintenance shops. The Material Coordinator Shop Clerk requisitions, receives, stages, controls, issues, and turns in repair parts identified by mechanics. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to consistently follow established procedures.

Qualifications:

• The ability to create accurate documentation of materials received and issued.
• Basic computer abilities to include Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel…)
• The ability to conduct an inventory.
• The ability to identify problems and participate in developing a solution
• The ability to work with hands and to repeatedly lift 35lbs boxes from floor to table level.
• Past experience with AWRDS or other supply software is a plus (GCSS-Army, SAP, etc.)
• HS Diploma 1+ year with two or more of the following
• Scanning materials/supplies/inventory
• Shipping/Receiving Primary work environment is a maintenance warehouse.
