Glen Raven is recruiting for a Shipping Coordinator, which will perform essential tasks needed to create documents and schedule trucks for domestic and international shipments. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products are delivered to our warehouse and our customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Effective and professional communication with Glen Raven Customer Service (CS) and trucking companies.
- Receive and respond to email communication in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with CS and warehouse management to schedule ocean container arrivals and departures.
- Assign Bills of Lading to orders using Jomar and prepare accurate shipping documents.
- Prepare necessary documents for FedEx domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain accurate records and shipment files as required.
- Participate in Glen Raven’s safety programs and culture.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- 2 years of warehouse or shipping experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers.
- A high level of accuracy is required.
- Frequent data entry.
