GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Integrated Marketing Analyst is a critical role responsible for providing marketing teams with data-driven insights and measurement solutions across channels with a focus on reporting on and optimizing marketing campaigns and driving business outcomes. The analyst will produce strategic insights, drive innovation and full-funnel campaign measurement. The analyst will work with stakeholders to architect connections between disparate data sources and report on full-funnel ROI, presenting dashboards and custom insights targeted at efficiency and optimization. This position requires superb presentation skills, attention to detail, technical analytical data expertise, familiarity with marketing Integrated Marketing campaigns performance analysis and cross-discipline collaboration.
TASKS, DUTIES, FUNCTIONS:
- Design, analyzes, and operationalizes KPIs that link the performance of campaigns to business goals to improve decision-making.
- Partner with vendors and stakeholders in Digital Services, Information Technology, Analytics, Finance and Data Intelligence teams to manage and utilize full-funnel campaign reporting, translate data into actionable insights that inform better decisions, diagnose performance, and recommend enhancements.
- Develop, build, own and maintain full-funnel dashboards, often integrating disparate data sources, to help the marketing team make impactful decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Socialize and ensure adoption of robust marketing campaign reports.
- Provide strategic consulting including insights and recommendations on campaigns to influence project goals, success metrics and campaign efficiency.
- Interpret and synthesize ad hoc data requests originated from marketing and business partners to provide accurate and tailored quantitative guidance.
- Build relationships and think critically about people, process, and technology to identify areas for streamlining and improvement.
- Analyzes data to understand the impact of tracking and campaign improvements to engagement, conversion & revenue, and suggests topics for multivariate testing.

- Champions digital reporting, data visualization and the use of data to drive commercial impact through analysis and personalization within campaigns and across channels; creates output that can facilitate discussions at any level across the organization.
- Ensures the timely and high-quality delivery of the team's deliverables.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of the pertinent regulatory requirements and risks inherent to job responsibilities, establish, and maintain control activities that mitigate those risks consistent with the Credit Union's risk appetite, and ensure operational integrity and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Effective oral and written communication skills required to varying levels of analytical daily tasks.
- Must possess sufficient manual dexterity to skillfully operate standard office equipment such as a personal computer, VOIP telephone, printers, scanners, etc.
- INTERNAL: All Credit Union Staff
- EXTERNAL: Vendors, management, other financial institutions, and other contact centers.
- EDUCATION: Requires a BA/BS in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Decision Sciences, Operations Research, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business or or equivalent related experience. Master's degree in the above-mentioned disciplines is preferred.
- EXPERIENCE: Five or more years' experience working as an analyst in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or Digital Operations
- KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Hands on, deep expertise in enterprise-grade digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, as well as Google 360 & Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Deep experience in data visualization; creates intuitive output and supports growing user self-sufficiency across the organization.
- Strong relationship building and ability to partner with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality experiences, tools, and solutions.
- Self-starter with strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for creating appealing visualizations within the Microsoft suite of products that drive home the results of your analysis.
- Strong presenter with the ability to communicates in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- Demonstrated understanding of BI concepts and proven success in working with different technology (including new software tools and systems implementations) and able to learn, set up and champion new and best-in-class approaches.
- Prolonged sitting throughout the workday with occasional mobility required.
- Corrected vision within the normal range.
- Hearing within normal range. A device to enhance hearing will be provided if needed.
- Occasional movements throughout the department daily to interact with staff, accomplish tasks, etc.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Adobe Analytics Architect-level certification, or same for Google 360. Digital Analytics Association certification is a plus, but not required.
