We’re looking for a Brand Manager, Integrated Marketing, to join Team Snapchat!
In this role, you’ll partner with the Creative & Marketing and Sales teams from our US offices (NY, Chicago, Los Angeles, Detroit, Dallas, San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta) to develop and execute external programs that leverage our own platform and products to drive revenue growth.
You’ll lead Integrated Marketing initiatives in support of the world’s biggest moments from Halloween to Super Bowl to March Madness, in partnership with some of the world’s biggest brands. This position drives the success of these particular initiatives and must have ample experience fostering relationships and shepherding integrated efforts with external brand partners. You’ll be intimately familiar with our platform and our partners’ business objectives, and you’ll lead the way to a mutually beneficial result all while exhibiting our brand values of Kind, Smart, & Creative. This position reports to the Global Head of Integrated Marketing.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with a variety of internal/external partners (Brand Strategy, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, Legal etc.) to develop and manage market-leading ad sales opportunities and sponsorship programs that drive client KPIs
Develop and maintain internal and external facing marketing materials, FAQs, sales tools, etc
Lead and contribute to creative brainstorms with partner teams including Marketing, Creative, Partnerships, and Brand Strategy
Work closely with the Sales team to understand their needs and develop programs that support their efforts to engage with strategic accounts
Partner with the Sales Enablement team to ensure our Sales & Brand Strategy teams are properly equipped to pitch these programs in market
Develop a deep understanding of the competitive marketplace to help inform Snapchat’s unique value prop as it relates to big, tentpole moments and regularly communicate these out to other Snap cross-functional disciplines
Manage relationships and processes with key internal departments for day-to-day operations and long-term planning
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant marketing experience developing strategy, messaging and multi-channel media execution for a brand or product in an advertising agency or marketing organization
Notable experience working in conjunction with Sales team(s) in prior role(s) and/or managing B2B brand integrations in prior role(s)
Preferred Qualifications:
An experienced marketing leader and self-starter who has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity, partnering with cross-functional teams, and problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
A track record of success in domestic or international B2B marketing roles, building full-funnel advertising campaigns
Storyteller with experience translating insights, product information and data into client-facing marketing presentations that demonstrate client value
Experience driving operational excellence by managing performance measures, processes, and systems
A proven record for project and program management and cross-functional leadership
Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups, and expertise in world-class brand building
Has acquired a deep understanding of the competitive marketplace to help inform Snapchat’s unique value prop as it relates to big, tentpole moments (perhaps with other tech/app/platform brands in synonymous categories)
Travel required for events as needed
A passion for Snapchat and belief in the value of creativity
Previous Snap experience preferred

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $168,000-$252,000 annually.
The base salary range for this position is $160,000-$239,000 annually.
The base salary range for this position is $143,000-$214,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
