Texas HCS, Inc. has an immediate full-time position for an experienced, professional Network Administrator in their corporate office in Spring, Texas. The Network Administrator is responsible for maintaining the efficient operation of the networking and information systems across the company’s seven locations.
The candidate must be self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and keep multiple projects organized, on track and moving forward. The successful candidate will be energetic, outgoing, and detail-oriented, have exceptional communication skills and thrive in a team environment. In addition, the candidate should have a proven track record of providing cost-effective technology solutions to management and teams.
Responsibilities
- Maintain LANs, servers, firewalls, computers, and WAN connections across seven locations
- Implement highly available and scalable enterprise server-based solutions
- Manage and administer cloud-based services, such as Microsoft 365, and optimize licensing for efficiency, security and compliance
- Implement cybersecurity plan to prevent and respond to incidents from known cyber threats and to detect and protect against fast evolving online threats
- Implement a HIPAA compliant disaster recovery plan that provides maximum coverage for software and hardware systems and minimal impact to critical business processes
- Provide configuration, installation and support for computers, smart devices, network devices, and software applications to users throughout the company
- Troubleshoot, support and maintain the systems health by tuning software performance and installing fixes, upgrades, and patches
- Maintain account information for users throughout the company
- Communicate regularly with the management team to report the health of the network and systems environment, and to recommend relevant process changes and cost effective information technology solutions
- Ensure the firm is up to date with current industry standards and practices
- Travel to regional offices to support the corporate environment, when needed

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Four-year or two-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Technology or related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
- At least 3 years of Network Administration experience in a Windows environment
- Installation and Administration experience with Microsoft Windows Server technologies and Microsoft 365 apps
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Valid and current Texas Driver’s License,
- Clean criminal background (no barring offenses),
- Good driving history (last 3 years),
- No confirmation of abuse/neglect/exploitation of an elderly or disabled person,
- No history of Medicaid fraud,
