We are looking for a result-driven marketer that is committed to reaching new heights so we set revenue & growth targets that relate to the GREENS ($). If you’re reading this, include the word monstera in your application.

Responsibilities (not all-inclusive):

Market Research:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to define our customer demographic.

Marketing strategy planning

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to expand our customer base.
• Emphasize our new line of products through effective marketing campaigns.

Business model development

• Contribute to the development and documentation of our business model.

Performance analysis

• Implement a tracking plan to analyze marketing results.
• Pivot strategies if needed based on the analysis.

Industry trends and best practices

• Stay updated on industry trends, technology, algorithms, and best practices in business development.

Content creation

• Develop creative content for marketing campaigns, website edits, and social media.
• Maintain a strong social media presence.

Qualifications:

• You must be very experienced
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of various marketing techniques (digital and physical).

Skillsets NEEDED:

• Expert with various marketing techniques (digital and physical)
• Expert in strategic marketing planning and execution
• Familiarity with various business models
• Creatively curious
• Ability to pivot and think outside the box
• Nice to be able to take good content (media videos and pictures, infographics etc)

Again, this is not your traditional 8-4, you need to be able to wear many hats and takes on more work when you’re finished with something. If you’re not able to do that you will not fit into this company culture and it will be a miserable time for you.

Compensation: low starting pay for the first few months with a scheduled raise upon reaching performance goals.
