Business Development Representative, Manager

Position Overview:

Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As the fastest growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on a Business Development Representative Manager as we accelerate our current exponential growth to the next level.

As the BDR Manager at Prompt EMR, you will play a crucial role in our growth strategy. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Representatives, empowering them to generate new business opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to the company's overall success. This role reports directly to the Director of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDRs to achieve and exceed their targets.

    • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and training.

    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.


  • Strategy and Planning:

    • Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop BDR strategies that align with the company's growth goals.

    • Create and manage BDR programs, campaigns, and processes to optimize lead generation and qualification.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

    • Monitor key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, lead-to-opportunity ratio, and revenue generated by the BDR team.

    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the team's progress and areas for improvement.


  • Process Improvement:

    • Continuously refine and optimize BDR processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation and sales development.


  • Collaboration:

    • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.

    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.


  • Lead Qualification:

    • Oversee lead qualification and ensure that BDRs are delivering high-quality, well-qualified leads to the Sales team.


  • Performance Metrics:

    • Set and monitor individual and team-based KPIs to measure and improve performance.

    • Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a management role, ideally overseeing BDRs.

  • 3+ years of prior experience in sales, preferably from a SaaS technology company.

  • Deep knowledge and experience with hiring, enablement, and coaching

  • Experience navigating internal teams to ensure individuals and the team as a whole is able to do their job in the most efficient and productive way possible.

  • Strong existing sales skills (sales methodology as well as organization and communication) as well as a desire and aptitude to quickly learn.

  • Intellectual curiosity with the ability to identify with niche concepts.

  • Ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and building from the ground up.

  • High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Report to our Hoboken office 3 days per week

Compensation Range: $150K - $160K
