Job Description:

Live Buzz Co is looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, engage our target audience, and drive business growth.

Pay: $21.00 - $32.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audience preferences.

2. Content Creation: Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns, to engage and attract customers.

3. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.

4. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products and services, and drive conversions, utilizing segmentation, personalization, and automation techniques.

5. Digital Advertising: Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, and performance tracking.

6. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and persuasive content.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
