West Plains Roofing, Southern Missouri’s most trusted roofing company for 56 years, is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to manage and execute marketing for West Plains Roofing. As the Marketing Manager for West Plains Roofing, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote our company’s products and services to the markets that we serve.

As the Marketing Manager for West Plains Roofing, you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote roofing services, drive brand awareness, and generate leads.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeted at homeowners, contractors, and businesses. This includes both online and offline channels.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing to reach the target audience effectively.
- Implement localized marketing strategies to target specific geographic areas and communities.
- Develop content that showcases expertise in roofing services, educates customers, and establishes the company as a trusted authority in the industry.
- Implement lead generation strategies to capture potential customers' interest and convert them into qualified leads.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with the sales process and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Collect and showcase customer testimonials and case studies to build trust and credibility. This includes on work site visits to take pictures and interview our customers.
- Coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that maximize return on investment.
- Stay informed about competitors' marketing strategies and market trends to adjust marketing plans accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skill set:
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role for a reputable business.
- College Graduate in Marketing is preferred but not required
- Experience in the roofing industry or other service-oriented business is preferred but not required
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel are a must
- Significant experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe or similar.
- Experience using customer outreach tools such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp or similar.
- Must be highly creative and can generate compelling content that will impact sales results for WP Roofing
- Must have experience working with Radio, Newspaper, and online advertising
- Must be proficient in the use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other current social medias to promote WP Roofing daily
- Excellent communications ability, both verbal and written
- Dependable transportation to get to various worksites.
