The Role: Marketing CRM Software Implementation Specialist

As the CRM Software Specialist, you'll be crucial in implementing CRM systems, analyzing customer data, and developing targeted marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention. If you thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for problem-solving, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

• CRM Administration Mastery: Administer the day-to-day CRM of our clients, including Software Implementation, creating accounts, generating reports, managing and building automation, and integrating marketing activities.
• Procedures and Training Guru: Create and maintain CRM procedures, training, and processes, acting as the internal champion and trainer for the CRM system internally and for clients.
• Sales Enablement Expert: Enable our sales teams to provide greater customer value by building workflows, managing campaigns, and refining existing strategies.
• Collaboration Extraordinaire: Partner and collaborate across multiple business functions to develop customizations, optimizations, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement Maestro: Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts, coordinating the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests.
• Email Marketing Commander: Manage email marketing efforts internally for Jairus Marketing and our clients.

✨ Requirements:

• Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication Virtuoso: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaboration Maestro: Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and individuals.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by analyzing complex issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Project Manager Extraordinaire: Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and set priorities.

Experience:

• Tech Wizardry: 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot.
• HubSpot Hero: The following HubSpot certifications are required: Sales Hub Implementation and Marketing Hub Implementation.
• CRM Mastery: 2+ years of experience in CRM system administration and implementation.
• Automation Aficionado: Marketing automation experience required.
