As a Specialist on our Human Capital, HCaaS (Human Capital as a Service) team, you will be responsible for differentiating the Deloitte brand, driving HCaaS business priorities forward, innovating new marketing and communications solutions, and delivering distinct client experiences. You'll also have the potential to facilitate marketing and communications targeting activities through assisting with social media campaigns; support business expansion initiatives; develop promotional marketing materials and targeting tools; and manage promotional events such as industry speaking events, sponsorships, and internal conferences related to key clients.
Work you'll do:
- Facilitate marketing and communications activities, with various internal teams, including crafting compelling brand messaging, social media campaigns, promotional materials, and industry events
- Plan, prep, rehearse, and bring virtual events to fruition by leading the development of the virtual events from initiation, effectively managing timelines, deliverables, and coaching the presenting team
- Develop internal and external communications and marketing collateral to promote Deloitte's services and eminence, orchestrating the final assembly, compliance materials and placements
- Leverage best practices and templates to create a consistent brand experience; and bring fresh ideas to optimize marketing efforts
- Provide clear, timely communication of project statuses to internal teams and any third-party vendors
- Analyze marketing metrics to measure ROI and help inform future campaign strategies
- Balance multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience with communications or marketing for large organizations
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing multichannel marketing content and campaigns
- 2-3 years of experience writing engaging marketing copy which articulates key messages and calls to action
- 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management
- 3+ years of experience with professional written and verbal communications with strong editing and proofreading skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/ sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with website design and content development
- 2-3 years of strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate campaign performance
- 2-3 years of experience with technical and digital marketing skills including social media, SEO and SEM
